If you like customer relationship and teamwork, join our firm as a Technical Support for our advanced key management software SimpleK (www.simplek.net). Your responsibilities and duties will be, among others, assisting the customers to install, configure and use the software; also, provide them web training. You will be assisted by the development team for more technically advanced support.

We are searching for candidates having a College (CEGEP) degree in a relevant computer discipline or equivalent experience of 2 years or more in technical support. The candidate must be Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English, must show a high level of autonomy, good communication skills and be well organized.
